Thursday 24th November
Kimpton Clocktower, Manchester
The Leaders of the Future Committee are delighted to announce that their next conference will take place on the 24th November. The conference will be the first in person event to kick of their 2 year Roadmap which will empower ambitious individuals in the business supplies industry to become more self-aware and take ownership of their career path and personal growth.
The LOTF Committee have curated an excellent roster of speakers to support attendees with tools and techniques for how to stay at the top of their game throughout their leadership journey. In addition, leading industry figures will be facilitating smaller more interactive roundtable sessions.
LOTF Conference attendees can take advantage of a combined discounted Conference and Award ticket which gives access to the BOSS Awards that evening at the same venue.
In September the BOSS LOTF Committee hosted a webinar for future leaders in the business supplies industry led by Chris Kemp, MD, Office Specialities, a passionate advocate for personal and professional development.
He looked to help attendees identify their own purpose, vision and goals and provide the tools and strategies needed to achieve these. We advise those attending to watch the webinar and complete the Goal Achiever Workbook and Action Planner. Chris will be at the conference to assist if you have any questions.

Sales Director, Office Supplies, Commercial
Roundtable: Win/Win Negotiation
Hi, I’m Paul sales director at Commercial ltd. I have had the pleasure of working in our wonderful industry for the last 27 years and I’ve got plenty more left in the tank. Nothing pleases me more than working on a client or prospect deal with my team, but as we all know the best deals are the ones where every stakeholder in the deal wins (prospects, clients, suppliers and our teams).
Over the years I have been fortunate to work on some of the biggest deals in our industry and I can’t wait to meet you all to share ideas and best practice to ensure all your future deals deliver the results you and all your stakeholders deserve.
Thought for the day “at times less can mean so much more”. Like a game of poker, some cards are best saved until that critical moment in time.
