How do we enter? 

Enter your own independent retail business. Nominations from suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers and dealer groups are also welcomed.

Who is this award for?

The independent retailer (maximum of 10 stores) that provides an offering of Business Supplies (Office Products/Stationery).

This award is for the independent retail business that has demonstrated excellence throughout the year, transitioning through a challenging period to generate income. It will  recognise a business that has worked hard to deliver superb customer service and results. The business should be an integral part of their community and demonstrate creativity and innovation in their promotion of the business.

This award will be judged on the following criteria: 

• Evidence of a positive influence within your community.
• Detail of steps you’ve taken to maximise profit.
• Examples of initiatives undertaken to promote the business to the public.
• A strong company ethos; demonstration of maintaining morale and team-building exercises.
• Excellent customer feedback.
• Lobbying & Charity work undertaken.
• Best Displays

What do you need to submit?
